Well not really…..but you can find a close second by taking a ballroom dancing class at COS! Back by popular demand, the College of the Siskiyous announces Rick and Peggy Nixon, both who are pro Ballroom Dancers and former ballet dancers, are back to teach Ballroom Dancing
(PEAC 332 / #7048) at the Weed Campus. This class meets Monday evenings, April 20 through May 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Theater building, room 4. The class will introduce students to the basic steps of six of the most popular Ballroom and Latin dances. Styles of dance to be taught include: Foxtrot, Rumba, Tango, Cha‐cha‐cha, Waltz, Samba, Swing (or Jive) and the Salsa.
